What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, check-out from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. If you expect to arrive after 9:00 pm, please let us know in advance by phone or email.
Do all rooms and apartments have a private sauna?
Yes. Each of Fenat’s eight spaces — rooms, suites and apartments — has its own private sauna.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included in your stay and is prepared to order every morning, mostly with local products. Discover our breakfast.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is a free public car park about 100 metres from the property.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed at the property.
Can I rent an e-bike or bring my own bike?
Yes. You can rent our e-bikes right at the property, or bring your own bike and keep it in the bike room. Discover the bike room.
Is there ski storage?
Yes, Fenat provides ski storage for guests.
What is the cancellation policy?
With the standard rate you can cancel free of charge up to 28 days before arrival; within 28 days of arrival 50% of the total is charged, and within 15 days 100%. A non-refundable rate is also available. Full conditions.
Where is Fenat located?
In Introd (Aosta Valley), at Loc. Plan d’Introd 52, at the entrance to the Valsavarenche and the Val di Rhêmes, which lead up into the Gran Paradiso National Park. Aosta is about 20 minutes away by car. How to get here.
