Breakfast with local products
Breakfast is included in your stay and is prepared to order every morning: fresh products, mostly local, chosen the evening before so that we serve only what you want, with no waste.
Fresh, local products
Freshly pressed orange and apple juice, Renetta apple juice, wood-fired bread and homemade cakes: plum cake, pear and chocolate tart, apple cake and strudel. Plus berry jams, acacia and wildflower honey, natural yoghurt, Fontina cheese, cooked ham and fresh fruit.
Coffee, cappuccino, tea and herbal infusions are prepared fresh in the breakfast room.
To order, at the time you prefer
By 6:00 pm the evening before, choose what you would like and at what time: the breakfast room opens at 7:30 am and breakfast is served until 10:00 am. We prepare only what you have ordered, so every product reaches the table fresh.
Let us know about any allergies, intolerances or special requirements, such as a vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free diet: we will take them into account.
